PERSONAL BIKE FITTING

More than adjusting your bicycle.

You may be amazed to know your body has 206 bones and more than 650 muscles, making it more adjustabile than the components on your bicycle.

When your body aligns with your bicycle you experience greater comfort, improved performance, reduced effort and less chance of inury. This means better technique and greater enjoyment every time you ride.

  

If you live close to Sydney or if you are coming to visit you can book to make an in person bike fitting assessment. We will work with you to arrive at a convenient time, although we typically work midday weekdays or weekends. A typical session takes at least 2 hours, and can take 3 hours. With an in-person fit, we do all the mechanical work, and capture front, rear and side video.  Plus we have stems and a variety of seatposts, seats, handlebars, time trial bars, shoes and shims.

For a personal fit, you just need your bike(s), bike shoes, and cycling or tri outfit. If you plan to install any new equipment (saddle, bars, pedals, shoes etc) bring them along. For those who are unable to visit for an in person fit we offer Online analysis and fitting advice.

It felt fantastic this morning, the difference is incredible. I just wish I had done this a couple of years ago.I was concentrating on the new pedalling technique and it feels so much better, really smooth and light not half as much stress on the joints. I am absolutely stoked about it. This has seriously revolutionised my approach to cycling and must importantly my enjoyment factor :)
