Mark Newton
Mark is an exercise physiologist with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Sydney. lite experience and expertise include coaching, heat and altitude acclimatisation, biomechanics and nutrition. His insights and perspectives on coaching, human performance and a balanced lifestyle are frequently expressed in the media and delivered to organisations.
Over the past decade, Mark has worked with some of the world’s leading athletes and sporting organisations with results that include 6 World Championship medals and athletes being selected into Olympic Games, Comonwealth Games, Goodwill Games, World Championships, AIS and NSWIS teams.
