Toby Hudson
Toby is an exercise physiologist and active athlete with extensive experience in fitness and athletic conditioning experience having worked with the Sydney Swans and Waratah's Rugby Union teams for two years each as part of their strength and conditioning team.
Currently completing his Masters studies in Sports Coaching and qualifying for a Masters in Chiropractic, Toby believes it is never too early – or too late – to start asking questions: “what is it that really absorbs me?” and “what am I uniquely suited to being able to contribute to my life and the lives of others?” – And then to have the courage, patience and persistence to act on the answers as if your life depends on it. Because, in a very real sense, it does…
Toby's specialist areas are in run mechanics, speed and agility and and injury prevention programs through athlete screening and strength and conditioning programs.
