Your coaching kicks off with an initial consultation followed by personal 1:1          coaching over an initial 6 month period.

If you want the increased attention and flexibility of an elite level coach, performance is for you. Work with a coach who has helped many athletes achieve high levels of performance and even represent their at elite and amateur level.

  

Your coach considers every aspect of you life and sets out your annual training plan.  Coaching programs are typically delivered as 4 or 5 week blocks and reviewed regularly with your coach.
