Your coaching kicks off with an initial consultation followed by personal 1:1          coaching over an initial 3 month period.

How the program works

Time and attention from your coach will provide you with the motivation and training strategies to keep you moving forward and achieving more. methodology. Personal interaction, time efficient training and training tools are the signature elements of all HERT's coaching programs.

  

Your coach considers every aspect of you life and sets out your annual training plan.  Coaching programs are typically delivered as 4 or 5 week blocks and reviewed regularly with your coach.
