In today’s motor sport environment where similar equipment is available and the costs of failure are high, the difference in performance comes down to human capability. Physiological testing reveals that motorsports can be as physically demanding as other endurance sports. The consequences of fatigued muscles or a lapse in concentration can cost you a win or result in a crash.

  

We've analysed the demands of motor sports and understand that it is important for a driver or rider to make his brain run fast for a long time without making mistakes or becoming tired and have the physical capacity to counter the G-forces and heat.

  

While we don't teach you how to drive and setup your car or motorcycle, we do provide you with greater aerobic fitness and carefully planned event nutrition, increasing the energy reserves required for your brain and nervous system to make race winning decisions at nearly 300kph.
