Setting a PB over the 5 or 10km distance requires maximum levels of speed, endurance and agility. Effective movement patters for fast running is essential with the ability to train injury free. We provide athletes the tools and information to achieve their PB.

> Half Marathon
Half Marathon performance requires equal abilities of speed, endurance and strength. You'll need the endurance to get you through the distance while specific strength will keep you injury free and provide the ability to handle the changing terrain over your training and competition runs. The right level of speed work will ensure you get off to the right start, maintain speed on the downhills and push to the finish.
