ONLINE FIT STEP-BY-STEP

1. Fill out and submit the ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE.

2. Create and Upload your Video: Create your swim video (see our Video Guidelines) and upload the video to MediaFire (a free file hosting service) - after it uploads you can click on the "SHARE" button and then the "COPY LINK" button - you can then paste this link into an email to us.

3. Wait for us to check your video and position: we will advise you if we think we can improve your swim stroke mechanics. If we beleive we can help you we'll let you know and advise you to make payment. Once we've received payment, we'll get to work on your first analysis video and email you a download link within 24 hours.

4. Watch your analysis video and follow the instructions to make the changes. Our analysis video will provide you specific recommendations on what to change, how to change it and by how much. We will provide you with related swim drills and swim aids that specifically target your identified areas of improvement.

5. Followup: We will require you to submit a followup video of you performing the swim drills we have recommended for analysis so we can provide feedback on how to get these correct - REMEMBER a corrected drill is the only drill that can help. If you have some questions later on contact us?
